What does the condition mean?

Every iPhone undergoes a thorough technical inspection in our service centre. All units are fully functional – they only differ in visual condition (and price).

Six conditions. One certainty: 2-year warranty

• Unopened

  Never activated iPhone in a sealed Apple box. Battery 100%.

• Like New

  No signs of use. Battery 96–100%.

• Condition A

  No or very minor signs of use. Battery 86–100%.

• Condition A-

  Minor fine scratches visible only up close. Battery 86–100%.

• Condition B

  Visible but non-disturbing signs of use. Fully functional. Battery 86–100%.

• Condition C

  More significant signs of use. Fully functional after technical inspection, lowest price. Battery 86–100%.

Battery condition and appearance are different

Cosmetic grade describes visible wear. Check the battery range for the selected condition separately: unopened devices have 100%, Like New devices 96–100%, and grades A, A-, B and C 86–100%. The product detail shows the condition you are buying.

Choose the right condition for you

If appearance is your priority, compare Unopened, Like New and A. If you accept visible wear, compare the lower-priced grades and read their descriptions carefully. Browse iPhones or ask us for help.
