You have a statutory 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. We voluntarily extend the period to 30 days.

Statutory right of withdrawal — 14 days

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason and without any penalty. For split deliveries, the period starts when you receive the last item. It is enough to notify us of your decision within that period.

We cannot refuse the statutory withdrawal merely because the goods were unpacked, used or damaged, and it is not conditional on complete or undamaged goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; we may deduct that amount from the refund.

Our voluntary extension — days 15 to 30

Days 15 to 30 after delivery are our own voluntary goodwill on top of the law, offered to consumers and business buyers alike. Original packaging is not required and missing accessories do not cause an automatic refusal. We may account only for a demonstrable reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

These conditions apply exclusively to the voluntary days 15 to 30. They never apply to, and never restrict, the statutory 14-day right described above.

How to notify us

Email us at info@buyiphones.eu with your order number and a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the contract. You can also send the notice by post to our registered office, or use the model withdrawal form published on this page.

You can also submit the notice through our online withdrawal function: open the “Withdrawal from the contract” page via the “Withdraw from contract here” link in the footer of every page, fill in your name, order identification and email, confirm the notice in the second step, and you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email. The online function is an additional way of withdrawing; it does not replace any other valid way, such as email, post or the model form.

Sending the goods back

After notifying us you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you sent the notice. Sending them within that period is enough.

You bear the ordinary direct cost of returning goods when you withdraw without giving a reason. We bear the return cost for defective or incorrectly supplied goods. We will send you the return address and instructions. Before sending, please back up your data, turn off Find My and sign out of your Apple account, and pack the device carefully so that it is not damaged in transit.

Refunds

We refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery we offer. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, the supplementary cost above the cheapest standard delivery is not refunded.

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you supply evidence of having sent them back, whichever happens first.

The model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) to the Consumer Rights Directive is published on this page in your language. You can copy it, download it as a text file, or print it and send it to us. Using the model form is optional — any other clear statement of withdrawal is equally valid.

You can also submit the withdrawal online through our withdrawal function at /withdraw-from-contract. That is one additional way — it does not replace any other valid way of withdrawing, such as the model form, an email or a letter.

If Retino cannot find your order or does not offer return shipping from your country, email us with your order number and whether you want a return or a warranty claim. We will send you the correct return address and instructions. For an ordinary return, you arrange and pay for shipping if it is unavailable in Retino.
