Withdrawal from the contract

Consumers and businesses may notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Consumers retain the statutory 14-day right; days 15–30 are our voluntary extension. This optional function submits the notice in two steps and sends an acknowledgement by email.

How this function works

In step 1 you only fill in your name, the identification of your order or contract, and the email address to which we will send the acknowledgement of receipt. In step 2 you check the summary and submit the notice using the confirmation button.

After submission we will show you the full content of your withdrawal declaration together with the exact date and time of submission (UTC) and a reference number, and we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay. You can also withdraw by emailing info@buyiphones.eu — using this function is optional.

We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice, using the same payment method. We may wait only until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. Full return and shipping terms are stated on the Returns page.

This is the model withdrawal form set out in Annex I(B) to the Consumer Rights Directive. Using it is optional — any other clear statement that you withdraw from the contract is equally valid, including our online withdrawal function, email or a letter.
