Withdrawal from the contract
Consumers and businesses may notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Consumers retain the statutory 14-day right; days 15–30 are our voluntary extension. This optional function submits the notice in two steps and sends an acknowledgement by email.
